Unauthorized Charge by DRI*AVG Technologies

Hello AVG team,

        I just received an notification from my bank that my card was charged $75.45 by DRI*AVG Technologies on July/11/2018 for something I am absolutely sure that I didn't purchase at all. Could you give help for refund?

        I have reported the transaction to TCF Banks fraud prevention service, but I also hope that the AVG team could take action to prevent transactions like this from happening in the future.
 

 

And before anyone mentions "Recurring Transaction from last year I forgot"

 

I own a MacBook Pro and use Antivirus One products.  Not AVG.
