I am shocked to see a debit of £99.99 on my bank account for a AVG Ultimate Subscription that i do not have! I am also confused as to how you would be able to debit my card as my card number recently changed.
The only AVG i have is the AVG Internet Security not Ultimate, Ultimate never worked on my device when i trialled it about a year ago.
Please issue a full refund and remove my association with AVG Ultimate. Otherwise i will have to issue a chargeback with my bank for suspected fraud.
