Correction:  The header should read, "A .bin file is missing" message is present on both computers when attempting to update AVG Internet Security 2015

Yesterday, 7/1/2015, when starting both computers and automatically updating AVG Internet Security 2015, we received a message indicating, "A .bin file is missing."   Both the Computer and Web components are indicated to be "At Risk."  I have tried going through Options (Advanced Setting-Update-Manange-Delete temporary update files-yes-yes-ok-ok) and then hit the Update now button again only to find the same message.  I have uninstalled and installed AVG several times both through the original email message with the purchase confirmation and with the disc we purchased.  The same .bin file message persists.    Any ideas?  Thanks.
