A .bin file is missing

Hi, I find this hard to believe that this bin missing file error is stil happening over 2 weeks since I posted about it and did the offline update and please DO NOT not tell me to uninstall or reinstall AVG Int Sec 2015, as it is a waist of people's time. What are your techs doing to resolve this, I was told on my last post it was a server issue at AVG and would be dealt with, obviously it hasn't been. I await reply.

Michelle, I apologize for the inconvenience this may caused to you. I understand how something like this can really try your patience. To get rid of the .bin file issue, I request you to completely uninstall AVG Internet security from your pc.
1) First step is to use AVG Remover tool and uninstall your AVG program completely. To download AVG Remover Tool please click on the following link:For 32-bit: http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/support/avg_remover_stf_x86_2015_5501.exe
For 64-bit: http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/support/avg_remover_stf_x64_2015_5501.exe
2) Run the downloaded tool and follow the instructions displayed on your screen.
3) Your computer will be restarted automatically. After the restart, AVG Remover will finish the uninstallation.

NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.
Then download AVG Internet Security via http://avgread.me/WfdJpf . Feel free to contact us back for any further assistance. Thanks.

You don't need a screen shot from me.  Several people have reported the same problem.  I performed the above manual update 3 weeks ago and it is now time to do it again.

Have installed AVG Internet Security 2015 on a brand new PC and when it goes to do the first Update it fails with the .Bin file missing.  Surely this is not so difficult for your technical team to reproduce the error and resolve.  We have one HP machine which does not fail but all other PCs are Dell if that helps.
