We have the AVG 3-user package.  When my wife tries to "Open" AVG, she gets the Internet Security box.  If she clicks on "Support" in the upper right, she gets the box that has the "Contact Support" button.  When she clicks on that or any of the four buttons, nothing happens.  What is wrong?  As you can see, I am going through the same procedure on my computer and this works fine.

Another topic:  She has something on her computer that is trying to make an update or change, but when she OK's it, after going through about half of what it is doing, a box comes up stating she must disable the "AVG 1-click maintenance" to proceed.  How do we do this?  And, after that program does whatever it is trying to do, how do we enable the "1-click"?

Finally, why is it so difficult to contact AVG?  I have pushed on every "contact" button I can find and cannot locate either a telephone number or an email address.  I much prefer to ask a question such as this on the phone but must resort to this method until you provide the answers requested.

On my machine when I "Open" AVG, the resulting box states that "Web Browsing" is not active and printed below that shows On Line Shield is not active.  Yet, when I click on that icon it shows that both are active.  Unless I am reading this wrong, how can the first page show a danger but the next shows it is ok?
