We sent an email notification 30 days prior to the order being placed to let you know in advance that this payment was due. This also contained information on how to cancel your Subscription. This license is registered under gxxxxxxx0@yahoo.com.

Unfortunately, on Sept. 15 this year I was in Taiwan, not in Ireland and I didn't make any order to your company. Would you please let me know the order number and the product I ordered from your company on Sept. 15 this year. I ordered one of your products last year but not this year. This is for sure a great mistake.
