Sorry but we pay you and you SHOULD sort it. Not all of us are tech savvy. Some of us are OLD. I am and used your system for many many years and it is your job to sort this. I am British and an old retired Trauma surgeon and it was my job to sort people not tell them how to operate on themselves. Perhaps you CEO might like to read this critique. Cheers
