A Malware AVG cannot resolve

God day, I have found this one file located in my System32 folder that is infected with this: Win64:Dropper-gen [Drp]. AVG cannot resolve this issue and I can not find the file. 
Location of malware: SVC: WinDHCP > C:\WINDOWS\system32\WinDHCP.dll. 

So my question is, what is this and why cannot AVG resolve this? Is this something I should worry about or is it a "safe" malware? And If it is a danger, how do I remove it?
