A missing plugin in the default Mozilla Firefox browser is preventing full download of AVG Zen

Thank you for confirming that you are facing issue in installing AVG web tuneup add-on.
If you wish to install AVG web tuneup on your Internet Explorer browser then the first thing you need to do is to make the Internet Explorer browser as your default browser.
1) To do this open your internet explorer browser and at the top right corner below the close button you can find a wagon wheel shaped icon, please click on it and select "INTERNET OPTIONS" from it.
2) You will get another window opened up in that click on "PROGRAMS" tab.
3) In the programs tab you have to click on "MAKE DEFAULT" option in it.

Once done with this please open the AVG Zen interface and click on the "AVG web tuneup circle" on it.

Thanks for your reply, Bala…  To answer your question, no I have not tried to download the application in
any other browser – yet.  The download I need is the AVG Web Tuneup.  Should I just copy and paste the address of the page my message is on into another browser?  (BTW, I don't like or trust Google.  Microsoft, either, much.  But, I can try the IE browser anyway.) / Please advise on how I should get this download into IE from where it is now (Mozilla Firefox).  I'm not a techie/geek, so I'm always afraid I'll mess up when trying to do something I'm not trained to do.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
May I know the name of AVG program that you are trying to download?
Are you sure that you are facing the issue in downloading the setup file of AVG program or is it for the installation of AVG web tuneup add-on?
Have you tried downloading AVG program setup file from another  web browser like Internet Explorer and Google Chrome?

This will start the installation of the web tuneup add-on on your internet explorer browser.
Once it is successfully installed you will get the "AVG secure search" as the homepage when you open the internet explorer browser.
