A performance problem

My hard drive recently crashed, The repair shop installed a new 500 gig SSD, cloned the old one.  Now the computer appears to have AVG Free & AVG ZEn.  Also, which ever AVG is running, it is now telling me my incoming e-mails are encripted (which they are not).   Can I get rid of the AVG Zen as my ISP also has an antivirus scanner.
Thanks,

Hello Melvin,
We regret for the inconvenience. We keep you in formed that there is no offline installer for AVG free version as like before. IN AVG 2016 version we do have AVG ZEN as a interface for AVG Protection Free. Due to the arrival of new threats and infections, we have updated our AVG security program with high new security patches and updates to enhance the computer security. AVG ZEN is a interface for AVG Internet Security and AVG PC Tune up for unlimited Devices. You can also find HMA VPN and AVG Web TuneUp cirlces on the Zen interface. Since you have mentioned that your incoming emails are encrypted we would request you to follow the steps which mentioned in the following article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-set-up-AVG-E-mail-Protection-to-scan-encrypted-e-mails  to scan your incoming and outgoing emails. Thank you for understanding.
