If AVG has detected a file as infection and you suspect it is a false detection, you can submit a sample of that file to our developers to confirm if the detection is legit or not.

OK, I'll submit that. For now, what do I do? Should I add it to exception in order to play it, or what? I need to play it soon in order to decide it as "good to be kept" or "I want my refund"
Kevin, we do not recommend adding the file to AVG's exceptions list if you are not sure that it is a false detection.
