A.V.G is blocking Velocity Wallet Account

My technician disabled A V G and I can now access my wallet account.  But have not re-installed AVG
As I have renewed my policy till July 2017 please advise me how this problem can be solved.
I am operating Microsoft 8.0.
He did say he had another client with a similar complaint.
Is this a problem with your product.

I cannot access my Velocity Wallet Account.
I had this problem and my technician solved it last week , but now it has happened again.
He said it was my virus protection causing the problem
