Why, when I'm supposed to have A V.G. protection, do I get messages telling me I've got EX number of faults on my computer and you can rectify them at x cost.?
If A.V.G. have already been paid why am I getting these messages that they can rectify them. Surly they should have fixed them, and why, till today, can I never get in touch with them?
Could it be because my renewal came up?
