Due to the fact , Starting 4th January 2018 with correspondence to Alok, Akash ( Customer Support )
Then Senior Team .I have not received any reply to the A.V.G. accounts problem. ( Digital River Ireland Sydney Australia.) re DIRECT DEBITS
Due to all of the above My Bank has now closed my account , there for A.V.G. no longer has access to my bank account for any direct Debits.
My Bank has fully investigated this company, and has now recovered these funds , due to $ 105-34 being payment for TWO YEAR not one year displayed on my A.V.G . account for A.V.G.security VPN
This Company has been mentioned on several reviews and forums as being a SPAM with many dishonest actions regarding direct debit payments from cusomers
I am not holding my breath to receive a replay to this information as I believe this company has lost touch with their paying customers

That is my problem as well. Every time I have any contact with AVG I run into problems as my email address has changed. How can I get it changed???

I have just received an email from A.V.G informing me that they have cancelled my direct debit Woow must have missed my information regarding my bank account being cancelled including all direct debits for A V G.that information was also included in the chat ( customer support) and above information my update to A V G .
Santhosh , Nagadeepan and Ranjani must have missed it .
