A word file i unintentionaly deleted (urgent)

Hello Saida, 

We are sorry to know that you have lost word files in your device. We do not have option to recover the deleted files using AVG programs. Kindly use any recovery application to retrive the lost file. Thank you.

I unintentionally deleted a WORD FILE "Noticias Nov-19-2022" and simply can´t find it. I´ve tried everything (limited knowledge). Can anyone help?
