Subscription renewed without my consent
Hello, Following my purchase of AVG Protection dated 03 Sep 2015, I was surprised this day 20/08/17 to see me withdraw my account PAYPAL the sum of 108.99 € without my agreement.
What should I do to cancel my subscription, because being in search of employment, for mopi it is a sacred sum. In addition I have not used this software for more than a year and therefore I have no use of this software. Thank you for knowing the procedure to follow, because on the site AVG.COM, it is indicated to contact the +33 977 554 347, well on paying and more not speaking English.

Que doit je faire pour annuler mon abonnement, car étant en recherche d'emploi, pour mopi c'est une sacrée somme. De plus je n'utilise plus ce logiciel depuis plus d'un an et donc je n'ai aucune utilité de ce logiciel. Hello Lucio, I'm sorry to hear that you were unaware about AVG automatic renewal, when you purchase it (2015.9.4) the automatic renewal was accepted. If a subscription is turned on, email notification about automatic renewal is sent 45 days before the end of prepaid subscription period (expiration date). However, your AVG has been renewed automatically before 15 days of the subscription period. Now, you have AVG Internet Security - Unlimited subscription and it will expire on 2019.9.4. As you said, you no longer using AVG, then you can submit a refund request form here (https://support.avg.com/RefundForm?l=en). Once you submit the refund request, our refund team will contact you as soon as possible via email with the refund confirmation.
