Abonnement Tune Up is cancelled on October 8, 2020

Yesterday I received an email about AVG TuneUp indicating that the subscription will be renewed on 23.11.2020. However, I canceled this subscription on 08.10.2020; I have confirmation of it.

Please correct the email of 23.11.2020 so that no money is debited.

The email that you received recently for AVG TuneUp Multi-Device is to remind you about renewing the subscription.
It did not mean that the subscription will be renewed automatically.
