When sending email with an attachment I am receiving the following warning/message:  "We've safely aborted connection on https://zmdownload.zoho.com because it was infected with URL:Blacklist".

Is this a valid message?  I have read other blogs where this same issue has been reported, specifically by user Cynthia A. on September 11, 2019.  The user provided a screenshot of the message.
