Meanwhile, please ensure that the AVG program has the latest patches applied to it.
Open AVG program - click on refresh icon beside virus definitions, at bottom right corner - Restart computer after successful update & check.
Upon checking our records, we're unable to locate the False positive request under your account. If you've not submitted a false positive request using a different email address, then please visit this link to submit a request.

This morning when trying to open my work email, I keep getting the message "we've safely aborted connection on mail.ionos.com because it was infected with URL:Phishing" My work email is ionos.com. I read a few other people with ionos uk were having the same issues. PLEASE HELP- I HAVE TO BE ABLE TO WORK!
Anyone else had this happen recently and gotten a solution? I have cleaned up my computer, restarted 3 times, reset to default settings… nothing seems to work. I also filed a false positive file form with AVG so hoping to get some answers SOON.
