If your AVG subscription is not listed on my account products page then it is an issue with AVG my account server.
I have sent an email for you to attach the screenshot of AVG my account "My Products" page which will help us to forward the case to concern team for fixing the issue.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.
