From your description, we see that you've subscribed AVG license from Play store. The subscription purchased through Play store can be reviewed by accessing Play store - Payment & subscriptions - Subscriptions. 
It will not be displayed in AVG My account (online portal).

I have checked under My Subscriptions…I got a reply: No subscription here yet. I am puzzled??? For my recent payment is for one year: 12/12/2021 till 12/12/2022 for AVG AntiVirus Pro 40% Off Christmas Sale (AntiVirus Free 2016 - Android) at RM 19.99/year. 
Please update My Account regarding My Subscription and reply using my Email Address:  (removed)
