I have a question and complaint. Paid for Secure Identity, but never recieve an email. Ask a question on X , but they just reply with that they highlighted the case ( fisrt reply was : case is escalated to AVG advancement team) . Case runs since May 3rd, but still no solution. It’s been highlighted time already.. Payment went to GEN DIGITAL. I have given them my transcription and transaction number. 18 days is a long time for a simple case.
