Dear,
I already cancel the subscription off AVG tuneup- unlimited along time ago. But why today I have been charge for this? I  am not used AVG now & don’t want to use AVGs anymore. Can you do anything about this? Can I get my money back? I remember that I already cancel automatic renewal months ago. But why i have to be charge today? Please let me know the answer from you as soon as possible.

I have had the same problem, when i try to access my account strangely they are experiencing connection problems.
