All of a sudden some of the sites I was on, and which are listed in my software as allowed, went blank and AVG will not allow me to access them. This includes some of the sites in the AVG domain and Thinkific courses. I can get to the main page, but it won't allow me to access courses. Everything that I've tried to get the software to allow those sites has failed. When I try to contact AVG support it tells me that I have to re-enter my username and PW, then it accepts it, and then sends me back to the AVG home page. So it seems that your software is now recognizing even some of the pages--in particular the Support pages--on the AVG domain as "forbidden."
It seems AVG is blocking trusted sites, including its own support pages. Try clearing your browser cache, temporarily disabling AVG's web protection, or checking firewall settings. If that doesn't work, reinstall AVG. You can also try using another device
