You can turn off AVG Secure VPN and check whether you are able to access the websites.
If yes, we would like to know whether you were able to access those websites earlier with AVG Secure VPN turned on?
Do you have a different location set on our VPN or the optimal location?

I was on a site 3-13-2020 that I can not get on now! and another one I was on 4-13-2020 that will not let me see today

I will try turning it off! and yes I was able to access them earlier with the avg. on. I only work from one location.Thank you, I will let you know if this works.
