"access denied" messages

Installed VPN today.  now getting messages of 'access denied' on several sites. 

Just got it trying to access Best Buy web site.  "

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.bestbuy.com/" on this server.

What's going on here ?  If this is normal, I don't want this VPN   Help !
