"Access Denied" when I try to login to MyAVG

Sorry to hear about that. I would suggest you to try logging in from a different device or with a different internet connection than the one you are connected to. Please share a screenshot ( http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot ) of the error message if the issue persist.

Hi,

When I try to login to my AVG account I get an "Access Denied" message (ACCESS DENIED:  You don't have permission to access "AVG Account; on this server. Reference: #18.cf2f9e41.1497289854.1d2df434  ).  

I've tried to login using other web browsers, but that hasn't fixed the problem.  I'm located in the US, on the East Coast.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Jennifer, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
