Access from External - Port Forwarding

Please share the version of the AVG Internet Security on your PC.
To check that, Open the AVG Internet Security application on your PC > Menu > About.
Do you get any pop-up notifications from AVG? If yes, please share the screenshot of the pop-up notification.

We have Problems with web access with different browsers from outside to a PC (external to internal) and then internal port 49113 to port 49112.

Error message: Server is not ready.

Our CRM software is running on the PC in question and we need the external access. With Internet-Security switched off everything works fine.

Maybe someone can help us?
