Access to a USA banking website from inside China

I am temporarily in China but need to access my US online banking website. I use the website all of the time but just cannot get to it while attempting access from inside China. All attempts just time out. The website address is https://www.visionsfcu.org. I have been assured by Visions that there is no block of access on their part so I am hoping it is my AVG software that is blocking my attempts to sign in. Can anyone tell me how to "unblock" this specific URL?
