I am using a Dell inspirn 15 3000
Windows 10
My location is Poole Dorset  BH17 7YF and VPN set to London.
The problem occurs on both edge and chrome browsers.

When I try to use BBc.co.uk with VPN turned on it changes it to BBC.com meaning certain things are unavailable eg weather.

Thank you for the information, Tim. 

Let me inform you that its something we have very little control of as its mainly up to the service provider (Eg.Sky, BBC, Netflix) whether they allow VPN connections or not. In some regions, VPN doesnt work due to the restrictions on the concerned website.

If you have any clarification, please do let us know.

We are glad to clarify this for you.
Certain streaming services has taken counter measures to block its users from accessing its content through Secure VPN servers.
While we do continue to add new servers and IP addresses, they are quite fast to identify the same.
However, you can try connecting to streaming servers (locations) available in Secure VPN to check if it helps.
