Access to external connected netgear router denied

Discovered this issue when i got my subscription to AVG. Can access my ISP issued internet router, but can no longer access my connected netgear router. STRONGLY believe AVG is preventing me from accessing it. Never had this problem before and when i had Eset. NOT a fault on my end via configurations changes to router and/or AVG that would deny access. Makes NO sense at all. Been about 6 months now, have yet to make it a priority to take additional steps.

AVG will not prevent the connection to network devies such as router.
As you strongly believe AVG to be blokcing, I request you to temporarily disable the AVG progam and check the connectivity to your Netgear device.
To disbale AVG refer the link | AVG (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlname=disable-avg-antivirus)
Were you able to connect Netgear router after disabling AVG?
