I'd recommend temporarily disabling individual AVG components http://avgclick.me/TempDisableAVG - one at the time - to find out which one is causing the issue.

Let me know the results.

Nothing has changed except I cannot aces MSN games, customer supports says, need to open ports? 80, 443, 1863 ? What does this all mean?
