Do you receive any error message or it isn't visible? If you receive any message, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.
Hello everyone, I can't seem to access the "My AVG" icon at the top right of the AVG pane, I still have 2 months left on my subscription.

Hi Dinesh,
Thank you for your reply, in the top right hand corner the menu icon lights up when I hover tye mouse over it and allows access when I click the mouse, however the My AVG icon doesn't light up when the mouse is hovered over it and won't allow me access to it.
