In this regard, we would suggest you to check with firwall settings and change the network rules to private.

Please go to Firewall settings again > scroll down > click on system rules > enable all the system rules if it's not configured, please click OK and check if you can access Network drive with enabled AVG Internet Security.

I have installed AVG free on a new Windows 10 laptop. This stops me accessing my network drives. When turned off I can access them again. Suggestions?
