Access to path denied

I'm sorry to hear about this. In this case, I request you to change AVG Firewall network profile to private (open AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > components > firewall > customize > network profile > change all the network public to private), please go to Firewall customize settings again > scroll down > click on system rules > enable all the system rules if it's not configured, please click OK and check if you can access all programs/documents with enabled AVG Internet Security. If the issues still persists, then please share a screenshot of the error message "access  denied" to assist you further. AVG Internet Security 17.7.3032 seems to be blocking one of my programmes from accessing my documents etc. When I turn AVG OFF I can access docs again, as soon as i turn it on my access is denied. I have made some adjustments to the firewall as outlined for mozilla installation problems, but no luck. please help!
