Access to services

Hi Peter,

Thanks for posting your query in our community forum.

Regarding your AVG subscription details, I have sent an email as we're advised not to explain in public post.

Please check the email and respond to it for further assistance.

A few days ago I downloaded the free AVG anti-virus software. Of course, the software was keen to point out that there were additional services (such as pc tune-up and browse anonymously without giving indication of location etc) which were to be paid for and offered me these - and I said 'no thanks'.
The software then suggested I accept to two month free trial and decide after that. I said ok and downloaded accordingly. However when I attempt to do a pc tune up or browse anonymously I'm immediately asked to pay. I understand these additional services are chargeable - but I was told I had a 60 day free trial. What is it I have a free trial for if it is not these services? (I was led to understand by the software that that is what I would receive free for 60 days). Can anyone help / clarify please?  Many thanks
