Hello, 

My AVG software is blocking my access to my workplace Gsuite and Microsoft 365 clouds. 
It was working fine before, how can I fix this?

Thanks for your quick response. Looks like I have to press turn off "Protection is off" in order for me to access my workplace cloud.

I didn't have to do that before. I think there was an AVG update recently and then after than I haven't been able to access the cloud. 

Is this the best solution for this problem?

It isn't recommended to keep the AVG protection disabled, Juli. 
We need to identify the AVG component that is causing the issue. To do so, please follow the steps mentioned below disable individual component in this article & let us know the component after identifying. We'll help you accordingly.
