Hi. I have recently upgraded to AVG Ultimate. I can log in to my AVG Account on my computer ok, but when I try to log in via my mobile (using the same ID and password) e.g. to activate Anti-Theft setup, it notes a login failure. What is going wrong?

Hi. Thanks for your response. I have a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G. I tried to follow your screen shot instructions but there is no 'screenshot' album in Gallery/Album, and the screenshot did not appear anywhere else.
The screen has lines as follows:
Email address (to be entered
Password (to be entered)
Sign in (instruction)
Then red circle with an X in it followed the words 'Login failed'
Then at the bottom are two options:
Forgot password?
Creat account
