I'm unable to access my account. I get a message "there is a glitch in the Matrix". Reloading the page doesn't solve the issue. When I tried to contact support, my query wasn't accepted because I "needed to verify that I'm not a robot", but there was no spot for me to do the verification. This has been happening for some time.
Thank you for the suggestion to try a different browser. I was using Firefox, but tried Edge and was able to access my account.
