Accessing my bank account

I just installed AVG Secure VPN. I cannot access my bank account. Is there a correlation?

We are really sorry to know that after installing AVG Secure VPN, you are unable to access the banking websites. For your information, its something we have very little control of as its mainly up to the service provider of bank whether they allow VPN connections or not. In some regions, VPN doesn't work due to the restrictions on the concerned website. 

However, you can try selecting the following locations Gotham, Miami, New York, Seattle, Wonderland in AVG Secure VPN and check whether you are able to access the streaming or banking sites. Incase, if the issue persists and If you are unable to access the Banking site when AVG Secure VPN is turned ON, you can turn it OFF and try to access that Bank site.
