unable to access the AVG Tuneup I applied for.  I thought it would be just going to the tuneup, but it has lead me else were and even signed up for another 60 day trial for more protection or cleaning up.  Do I have an account and what am I doing wrong?  Followed directions that I received in an e-mail but can't get any where
