Account deletion

Please visit https://www.avg.com/gdpr, enter your email address and click Request Access. Then, please check your inbox > click "Go to Portal" button > Support > scroll down and submit a request for data deletion.

I use my email to login, but when I clicked the link for account deletion, it says that my email is not in the database. I don't understand.
I want and need to exercise my data privacy rights.
If my email is used to login but not in their database, how is that possible?
