As we need to share some account details, I have sent an email as we're advised not to share it in public post.

I am being asked to Update my Account Details , having recently subscribed to AVG Ultimate. When I try to enter the details required details i am being told there is something wrong and to send an email. This I have done on 6 separate occasions. I am being asked the same request every 10 mins and then am sent on the same circle of events, ending with a request to email them. Not good enough. I have now advised them that unless they solve this problem within 24 hours i shall be cancelling my order and requesting a refund.Can anyone out there help?
