We regret for the inconvenience. We do have an option from AVG settings to stop the pop-up from AVG interface. You can disable the AVG pop-up from your computer by changing the AVG settings from this location.
Open AVG Zen and Click on AVG Internet Security tab
In AVG Internet Security tab select "Menu" from top right corner and select "Settings".
From settings, you can see "General" tab. Please click on the same and you can see an option called "Pop-up". Please click on the same and from here you can change the pop-up frequency in your computer.

the reason of termination is that, I get many messages of AVG on my screen off advertesing from AVG
