Hi I’ll cut the story short. I stopped using avg a few years ago. As fair as I was aware I cancelled auto renewal.

I just noticed with my bank I’ve paid £65 to avg, I’ve had no email or anything just the bank transfer. After looking I Noticed this also happened last year to.

i’ve tried to sign into my old account but it doesn’t seem to exist. I’m unsure what to do because my bank is saying cancel with AVG but I can’t get into it.
