Account duplication; paying twice for renewals

I am not new here, I have subscribed to AVG Network Security for more than a decade, BUT I now appear to be paying twice for account renewals, possibly because I use two e mail addresses on only one network from one home office. I have recently been totally unsuccessful at contacting Customer Services, either by on line chat or by telephone. Just what have I to do to cancel one account that bills each element of my overall AVG package separately and claim refund of all that I’ve overpaid?
