Today I attempted to start the free trail of the AVG protection. When i started it with my account that is connected to my old mail, i did not realise that the email was locked out. So i created a new account with this new email, and now i wish to change the email on my account. I also need to cancel the possible subscription that has been sent to that email? or does it not activate unless connected to an account? I just dont want to be billed for something Im not using, or billed twice.
So if someone could help me cancel the old sub and get my new account set up on my AVG that would be great. I've logged into the new account on the AVG program but when i click to start the subscription it still links to my old email.
