I have an active Pro account, that notes that I am subscribed until 10/28/16, but when trying to see My Account, there is nothing showing and no Order History either. I've tried logging out/loggin in a number of times, same results. Any ideas?? I Find the main AVG My Account page and Customer Service to be not user friendly. A chat option would be very helpful. Thanks much!
