Account not showing business licenses

We're glad to look into this & help you.
Upon checking your account, we see that you've an active subscription of AVG Antivirus Business edition (8 seats), valid till Jan 3, 2022.
We see that the order confirmation email has been sent to you on 1/3/20, 10:30:30 AM Central Standard Time. However, we've resent it.
Regarding the page that doesn't display the subscription, please share us the screenshot of it including the email address at top right being visible via email that has been sent to you. Reason being, privacy concerns.

I have recently bought 8 new business licenses, but in my account avg did not show any subscriptions and i did not receive any confirmation order email
