Account problems

think you have the right idea, but I dont know how to do that.  I've always renewed, and downloadedd and it set up properly.  now I download, install, but never asks for activation code, so I am at a loss.
I need help. can you give me a phone number that I can call and you can walk me through it?

I've downloaded, AVG Ultimate, for a paid up subscription, and it seems to be working fine, BUT,
every time I use it, it tells me that my "trial subscription" has expired.  I've never had a trial subscription that I know of.  My account record indicates many months to go on my regular subscription
What gives?
